Smokin Joe's — Restaurant in Mumbai

I will never order any pizzas from this place anymore. Based on my past experience from Powai outlet we have order pizzas from Smoking Joe's Kalina outlet for treat in office. But our treat messed because of there pizzas. First of all, we have ordered Pizzas with Triple Cheese Fantasy from there online portal. When order was placed, outlet person called me to inform about no availability of Triple Cheese Fantasy. Later there customer care executive inform they will give "Double Cheese" in compensation of Triple Cheese Fantasy. But we haven't received pizzas with any Cheese layers. Also base is not even crisp what we ordered. Secondly, We have place order around 1.00 PM. We are expecting order in 30-40 Min as per commitment by outlet. But it took more than 1.30 hours to reach order to us for distance less than 3km. On arrival delivery person denied to deliver it in office by giving non sense excuses. On forcing him, he delivered to office. After this many hassle we were expecting to have delicious pizza in the end but our expectation not fulfilled. Because all pizza were COLD. It was really difficult to us to end those cold, dried, without cheese layer pizzas.

Also there tracking system is also pathetic. I have received, pizzas in transit message while having it and pizza delivered message...

I have been a regular customer for them and this time it was totally disappointing the large hot chi pizza that is one of my favourite pizza with them that I ordered had no taste no filling no cheese no chi no sauce and verry disappointed and infact I had guest home so I gave them the other pizza that i ordered which was a meat lover medium which again was blank wen I called them to complaint they had no response and didn't bother totally disgraceful this pizza was not worth the quality they had they have lost their quality and I will no longer...

The toppings on the pizza was really abundant. However, the 5 pepper chicken pizza mentioned spicy sausage but it was normal sausage with raw roasted chilli flakes and too much of it. The pizza was too spicy to be consumed and my entire family of 5 got looses motions after eating it execpt 1 who did not eat that particular pizza. Recommend never...
