Starbucks — Restaurant in Mumbai

I recently visited the Starbucks located at Indiabulls Finance Centre, Dadar West, Mumbai, and it was an absolutely delightful experience ☕😍. As soon as you step into the café, you're welcomed by a warm, modern ambiance that perfectly blends coziness with a professional, upscale vibe 🪑✨. The seating is spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for both solo work sessions and casual meetups 🧑‍💻👫. We tried their signature coffees and loved every sip – the flavors were rich, aromatic, and precisely brewed, whether it was a hot cappuccino or a chilled mocha frappuccino 🍵🥶☕. The service was smooth and friendly, with staff who were attentive, polite, and always ready to help 🙌💚. A special thanks to Aishwarya, who served us with such warmth and professionalism – she truly made our experience better and more memorable 💐😊. What added to the charm was the surrounding area – located in the heart of Mumbai’s industrial and corporate hub, the place has a very polished, cosmopolitan feel 🌇🏢. The entire area around the Indiabulls Finance Centre is clean, secure, and surrounded by high-rise buildings, which gives it an elegant and urban touch 🏙️📈. It’s the perfect spot to grab a coffee between meetings, chill with friends, or just enjoy some quiet time with your favorite drink and a good book 🎧📚. This branch of Starbucks is one of my favourite coffee shops in Lower Parel.

The Location: Just perfect for office people in and around lower parel, but mostly for the Indiabulls finance center office crowd. The ambience is good. It’s mostly not so crowded and you always find a nice cozy place to sit (unlike most SBux, that are crowded).

The Food & Beverages: The usual trademark SBux stuff. Some of my favorites; the cold brew Kenyan coffee, the caramel macchiato and the banana loaf cake.

The Staff: This SBux has the most amazing people you’ll ever meet.

It is mostly because of the friendly staff here, that it is literally my happy place, my comfort zone. I mostly go to this SBux, as it is close to work and I have friends there. The staff welcomes me with beautiful smiles; they know my drink and they know the correct spelling of my name haha. These small things go a long way. Special shout out to Vidya, Manali, Sanjana, Amol, Mahesh, Suraj. All these wonderful people that work at SBux Indiabulls. They are such lovely people, they made me cut their Anniversary Cake. That’s was a fun day.

My coffee at SBux is sometimes the highlight of my work day. I look forward to it and to be honest I am addicted to it. I love Sbux because it is the place where good coffee and great conversations live.

A very bad experience on my first visit, I had ordered 5 beverages and generally they fit 2 in one normal carry bag. But in my case, they did 3 in 1 normal bag, that too with a loose lid as a result of which the drink spilled later. Also, there were some arguments with the staff for the redemption of my benefits because I was redeeming multiple in one go which the staff didn't seem to have liked. On request for more sugar packs, again there was a little argument, they say that they don't give any for cold beverages. I was just asking for 2 per beverage, and they reluctantly agreed later.

Upon complaint to a senior level, the issues were addressed and were resolved to my satisfaction and they assured me that such things won't repeat. After then, I have been to the outlet on numerous occasions and the experience...
