Surbhi Pure Veg — Restaurant in Mumbai

•The biggest advantage of this place is that it has a lot of sunlight entering the place which makes the place bright and pleasant. I really love bright places so I instantly liked that about the restaurant. The ambience is great and it's a nice cosy place to have a hot meal. It also has good seating arrangements which make you comfortable and feel like you are sitting at home.

•The staff is really polite and gave us a really good service. Also the service is really quick and the food is really tasty. My compliments to the chef and his crew for making such good food.

•The food had a lot of variety. Every dish that I tasted was really good and made to perfection. These are the dishes that you should try here:

Thai Chicken Clear Soup: A fragrant Soup with Thai flavours and chunks of chicken. It had a really unique flavour and it was really tasty.

Chicken Chilly: A perfect balance of spicy and sweet flavoured chicken which I really liked, also i liked the caramelized onions and bell peppers which heightened the flavour. The chicken had a crispy exterior and a soft interior which blew me away.

Chicken Exotic Sizzler: A perfect dish for 2-3 people to share. It has a lot of vegetables and fries which is topped with this delicious sauce and chicken which is just perfect. I really loved the sizzler and it was really filling.

Veg Pizza: A variety of vegetables like corn,broccoli and bell peppers which worked in perfect harmony with each other and complimented the flavours of the sauce and cheese very well.

Made an plan to visit Surbhi the one which is in Thakur village. My family is a regular visitor of the Surbhi which is in complex and so thought of experiencing the village one. We were already having an idea that the experience is going to be amazing as we are familiar with the complex one Surbhi. And the village one is superb in interiors and the location. The staff is very nice. The ambience is soo aesthetic and lively. We started up with appetiser. And there were like veg Malaysian laksa soup. And soo good prominent taste of the coconut. That’s what I wanted my soup to be mild and soothing. It was just soo perfect. There were exotic veggies and some amount of noodles in it. I absolutely loved the soup. Next in appetisers I had mushroom in BTR garlic sauce. And ohh soo goo. Just can’t stop having it enough. I super highly recommend everyone to order this dish in your appetisers ever time you visite. It is just soo good man. I have bookmarked this dish for my next visit. The next appetiser to keep the munching on was the French fries. Classy salted French fries. Just soo yum. In main we had a sabji call paneer panaya khas and tandoori roti to go with it. It is on a sweeter side so those who enjoy having throw sabji in a sweeter note will definitely enjoy this dish. Also I had an completely opposite sabji in main call veg Kolhapuri. This was soo good. I am a person who likes to have food in a mild to high spicy side and this is what I enjoyed my mains. An excellent place in the east part of Kandivali food hub- Thakur village. It is located opposite Inox multiplex.

Seating is not a problem as they offer outdoor and indoor seating options. Outdoor seating have urban swing chairs, classy chairs and tables for smaller and large groups. Indoor ambience is classy with luxurious confortable sofas that can easily accomodate 50-60 people. Service is quick and very efficient.

We showed up early so getting a place was not a problem. This place specializes in sizzlers. But I ordered other items as I am personally not a great fan of sizzlers.

Analysis

Chicken in basil thai sauce- Classic Thai dish made with fresh chicken thighs and creamy sauce. Mild taste of coconut milk enhancing the flavour. Fresh basil leaves topped on juicy and tender chicken. Few pieces of chilly providing optimum spicyness. Well made!

Paneer tikka pizza- Comprised of paneer marinated in tandoori sauce, capsicum, onions and red pepper. Mozzarella cheese was of high quality and good stretching capability. The crust was fairly thin and crunchy. Feel and texture excellent. Recommended!

Exotic veg combination pasta- The penne pasta well cooked drizzled in combination of red and white sauce. Exotic ingredients added were broccoli, yellow pepper and mashrooms. Sauce was really tasty. Pasta was accompanied with garlic bread which were equally tasty.
