I really love their szchewan vada pav and make sure I have it whenever i visit andheri and the today also when i visited to have one i got the receipt and went to grab a vada pav there was no vada pav apparently and I stood there for 5mins in hope that they will make fresh as there is a rush always but to my surprise no one was interested to make the vadas and when i asked them to make it faster they started to ask their staff to make and noone did 1% care about it and did not make it the finally i asked them to pay my money back and they gave the recipt and refunded my amount but this is not the way toyou should consider the request the needs of your customer i think the management should intervene and train...

Surbhi snacks was one corner, I always look upon, untill today. The vada pav n frankies r good, but the person who used to manage the corner was too good. I used to go n eat there just because of the elder manager who knows how to win customers. Today, I was suprised to know that the man who used manage the Gala, has been demoted to mere helper n cleaner.
