Jitu Bhai's and his team's love and passion for his work and service to the customers makes the whole experience special. The only sandwich fellow in whole of Mumbai or until now who said he won't put Cucumber and Beet in the toast as it becomes soggy. Also, if you order a toast he would take it out and let the steam with the bread go away and then serve. So you don't burn your mouth. So sweet. Chocolate toast, you surely wait for the molten chocolate to become a little warm from hot. Guess otherwise what it could do. He takes care of you as customer. You surely love to go back. You interact with Jitu or anyone there once they'll remember you next time. He also knows your special requests if you're a regular. It's a must visit in Mulund. My visit assured whenever I visit...

First of all had to wait for 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches, then one of the sandwiches he gave was different from what we ordered. When we told him he said keep it I'll give you what you originally ordered. And then he charged us for the sandwich which he gave us by mistake!! This is not how you treat a customer.

Second in lockdown he is does toasting of sandwiches inside the shop with shutter half down, and since there is no ventilation the burnt ash is everywhere inside the shop and in the food too. The sandwiches smelled like ash.

Third thing is the food quality, it is no longer as it was earlier, so I would think twice before...

Spicy free chutney is second to none. Just taste a pinch of it and zoom like a rocket to hit the ceiling. Chocolate Toast version -Too good.

Very crowded at evening. Waiting for your parcel 15 minutes assured.

Drawbacks: No parking. All sandwich Toast are invariably burnt. Can't get the golden brown effect. All done in a hurry in manual toaster, done faster and faster to meet the demand.

Suggested: Bring home the sandwich and toast it required quantity of butter and get golden...
