Services provided on weekends is worst. They are unable to manage the crowd for AC. While waiting we were 2 people, they gave 1st preference to the customers came after us, as they were 4 people, when raised voice for the same, manager replied that I know whom to give preference. Manager's behaviour is not good. Couples don't get 1st preference. Food delivery is also late for more than 1 hr. Even while ordering jain food sometimes they send onions in the parcel. They only ask for non AC area sitting for the couples. They don't value their customers. They ignore the customers and don't give ans when asked for waiting time. Person sitting on the cash counter doesn't give ans if someone ask for waiting time, he straight away points towards the manager. Waiting time is also more than 1 hour for both AC and non AC. Other restaurants in mulund have proper management. Weekdays it's ok. But weekends they are unable to manage even home...
