Tata starbucks — Restaurant in Mumbai

it's a totally devastating experience considering it's a tata operated brand known for its hospitality

the quality of coffee that you experience in starbucks india is way below what is served internationally ..

today I ordered a mocha cookie crumble .. the operator took the order and I told them to make sure there are cookie crumble as shown in the picture .. after few minutes the operator came back to me saying they did not have cookie crumble .. this means if I had not asked them specifically they would have delivered it without the cookies in it . this despite it being the featured drink of the day

later I converted my order to cafe mocha hot .. with a cheese tomato basil sandwich.... the quality of the coffee was so thin even though it had been added with whipped cream.. it was next to water and forget the taste of chocolate.. on the top of it the operator never refunded the difference between cookie crumble and cafe mocha to my account .. I realised it when I was back home ...

The sandwich served was cold and the bread was too hard to chew .. it felt like the sandwich was few days old ..

I am a regular at all the cafes there dibella , library , olive , out of the blue , perch etc .. and believe me they serve cofees and sandwiches much better in quality than starbucks ..

the tables are barely cleaned .. one has to go to the reception and ask them to clean a table to be available .. the fans on sitting outside although are ice cooled fans . there is rarely any ice in the ice box of the fans .. and one fan in the entrance never works ..

I think this brand is poorly operated by its...

I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a Starbucks before. I visited this outlet with a friend, and the store was almost empty just two or three people inside. We had just stepped in when a staff member immediately started confronting us about outside food, which we completely understood and agreed to. However, we had already purchased it, and simply asked not to throw it away.

What followed was unnecessary pressure to buy something immediately or leave. We had barely been there for two minutes it felt rushed and unwelcoming. The way the staff spoke to us was rude and lacked basic courtesy.

It’s upsetting to feel so unwelcome at a place known for being warm and relaxed. Honestly, I wish I had gone to the café next door instead. I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback please either train your staff better or consider making some much-needed changes. No one should be made to...

I recently visited Starbucks at Carter Road and had a wonderful experience. I ordered a coffee latte and cheesecake, and both were delicious. The inside seating area was nice, but the outside seating area was absolutely amazing. From there, you can see the ocean, and the ambiance is just perfect.

Carter Road is a great place for café hopping, and the best time to come is in the evenings. This place is perfect for dates, but even if you come solo, the vibes are so positive and uplifting.

Overall, I highly recommend Starbucks at Carter Road for anyone looking for a great café experience. The coffee and food are great, the location is fantastic, and the atmosphere is...
