Extremely disappointed!!! We ordered a dining table at the Bandra store and were told it will take them a month to customize it as per our requirements. Time and again we were reassured that the dining table would be delivered on time. Not only is the dining table not being delivered on time, it’s been an absolute nightmare following up with the Freedom Tree, Bandra store. From the concerned respresentative pretending that I am not audible on the phone to refusing to take our call saying that they are busy. Treating customers like idiots and pulling such cheap tricks just to avoid giving an answer is not what I expected. You should train your personnel to at least have the decency to not blatantly lie and honestly keep the customer informed. And moreover, stick to your promised timelines! Visited this friendly neighbourhood home decor & furnishings store today, located off turner road in Bandra. Trust me when I say this, as soon as you enter Freedom Tree's home store, you'll fall in love with its colourful & contemporary attitude and its stunning prints & designs. This is what you would want your home to look like. You'll literally want to shop everything in the store. Their products are just so beautiful. Talked to the store staff as well, Sadaf & Harish both are truly very helpful and understanding of your requirements. Good corona-virus prevention protocols too. Note that masks are compulsory in the store. There is a beauty in how they coordinate prints & colors, and their cushions & bedding sets are just stunning. Update: Jan 24th. After the business owners determined that their site was in error, I got the white glove treatment. They sent me someone to measure the window and custom-make the blind. The product is good and cuts the morning glare like I wanted. My confidence in Freedom Tree's desire to do the right thing is restored. Updated my review from 1* to 4*s.

Prior review: One of the absolute worst shopping experiences. Had a credit note from a previous order that didn't work, the associate who was supposed to help me placed the wrong order.
