Food so good you might end up talking about quantum mechanics and the nature of reality.

We went out after a songwriting session to grab a quick dinner before heading our separate ways and Carter's Blue was the raging suggestion.

Standing still in the busy lane, a black and white board amidst a clutter of colourful chaos, this place had an air of mystery around it the moment we laid our eyes on it.

4 hungry artists, literally and figuratively sat down with a glimmer of hope in our eyes, maybe the food here is the salvation we've been looking for.

We ordered the Chicken Tikka Shawarma and the Murg Musallam Biryani and the rest is history. I don't remember anything after having the first bite. Taste so good it felt like we got roofied, what a modern marvel, how far has humanity come from hunting and gathering, it all flashed before my eyes, my ancestors running with spears, the industrial revolution and the fact that I'm a mere conscious and not this body.

Now, anytime the letters C & A are used together I'll instantly be transported back to this place until I finally turn to dust. as an added bonus it's not even heavy on the pocket. Highly highly recommend.

My Mrs love the place and chicken shawarma, so we usually visit this place , Chefs are very Good and all, but one day I placed the regular order, chicken Shawarma , crispy chicken little spicy, the distributer given me , regular shwarma, i requested them ,to give me crispy chicken, then another staff which was without uniform came and said i will make crispy chicken shawarma and start to cut the very soft chicken parts and made the chicken shawarma and gave, i again requested them i need crispy chicken not regular chicken, then the staff start to argue and convince me. Then i told the guy i don't want anything extra only request is crispy welldone chicken that set. Then one of the chef came and he made the excellent shawrma for my Mrs. Even though he was aware our preference and he made as per our preferenceittke spicy without saying.

My point is here and request , very smart staff should be punished , things to be given as per castumer's request, and we shouldn't do like this , even whomever is that, castumer is castumer.

At last i shown them my I'd card and request them to don't do...

Carter blue is a place very famous for shawarma. Located at a very prime area - Carter’s blue has made sure to maintain the dignity and the quality of what they serve.

Things ordered were:-

1. Chicken shawarma :- amazing taste of chicken mixed with hummus, beetroot, fries giving a very good taste and people loving chicken would definitely go for this. This is one of the most high selling item at the place.

2. garlic cheese zatar naan:- a really good taste with decent amount of garlic and cheese added. I felt the masala which is on top was way too much but still it really tasted nice. One naan for a healthy person like me was way enough.

3. Paneer Tikka biryani:- big pieces of paneer, served with raita is a really great treat for rice lovers.

4. Chicken biryani:- A treat for chicken lovers. A good Taste with right ingredients will make your day.

5. Hummus with pita bread:- people who love hummus will definitely love eating here as they have a wide range of Lebanese food.

6. cranberry with cream:- good mocktail served with cream, icecream and fruit toppings
