I went to the Belgian Waffles Chembur Diamond Garden Outlet for the very first time. It was a hot afternoon and hence I stepped in for a quick cold coffee. Now the moment I entered I didn't have a good impression as the AC wasn't cooling at all and it was so hot I considered stepping out and going somewhere else. It was suffocating as it was completely closed and smelling of burnt waffles, may be that was coz of the smell all locked in. So since I was just picking up a coffee I ordered it anyway and opened out the door to let some air pass. I also stood outside the store as it was better there than inside.

I finally got my coffee and it was made so very well that I had an immediate liking for the girl single-handedly managing the whole outlet. I would like to mention her name as she made me a really good coffee very fast and while speaking to her I really liked her nature as well. Her name was pinky. And though I would otherwise give this outlet only a 3 star the additional one star is only coz of pinky.

Also I loved the fact that they are using 100% bio-compostable straw which is not plastic nor the sad paper...

Service and staff is amazing. Literally you will be welcomed by the bold voice as soon as you get inside. The waffles are delicious and worth its price. The oreo milkshake was perfect in everyway. Loved the place and didn't had to wait for long just 5 mins for amazing waffles and Milkshake. I will go again to try other waffles, as i had over loaded chocholate waffles with oreo milk shakes delicious, i will add more photos soon. Edit - I have tried almost all the waffles now and all of them tastes amazing. I will suggest you to try all of em, i find the overloaded chocholate the best and also the Belgian waffle.
