I recently hosted a corporate event at Game Ranch, and overall, the experience was positive. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and Sunny was especially helpful throughout the event. The venue itself provided a beautiful setting, and the staff made the process of organizing and running the event smooth and efficient.
We opted for the "Bad Boy" package, which included alcohol for 3 hours. While the drinks were great, the limited timeframe for alcohol did create a bit of discomfort for some of the guests. I understand the policy, but it may be worth considering extending the duration for future events.
However, there was one aspect of the event that left me quite disappointed. After the event was over, I was unable to take home any leftover food, which was a bit of a letdown, especially after such a busy day(specially when everyone saw me running for things to organise). It was a small request, and I felt it could have easily been accommodated. This left me feeling unsatisfied and hungry after closing the event, which overshadowed the otherwise successful experience.
Despite this, Shashank was great and went above and beyond to assist throughout the event, so I do appreciate his efforts. I would recommend Game Ranch for corporate events, but I hope they can improve on food-related policies to make the experience even better for their clients.
Additionally, after the event, I received feedback from guests that the food was quite bland, which was a bit surprising given the reputation of the venue.
As an event I appreciate it, But I would never forgive I was denied food on...

Ambience is good but can be better. The sound system lacked calibration and depth. The music was just plain loud, the bass and clarity was all messed up. I appreciate loud music, but it has to be good. Not just dumb loud. Also I guess the DJ chose to play songs from YouTube, the songs were exactly what you hear in local gyms so that was another disappointment. I don’t think the DJ was mixing any songs since most tracks were just the same usual mixes heard locally.
Food was not worth it. If I’m paying a premium for the food I expect food to be that good. Chicken wings were good but the sauce lacked taste. The Chicago style deep dish took a good 40 minutes to prepare but the pizza slices were falling apart in pieces. It tasted amazing but the end crust was thick and inedible. Also for some reasons the beers weren’t chilled. It was barely cold and in spite of repeated requests we were served warm beers. We also went for the burger challenge. The chicken patties weren’t cooked well enough. It tasted exactly like frozen patties, just that these weren’t cooked well either. The ingredients didn’t make any sense, it was not going along and it felt like everything has been put together just to make the burger big and make anybody lose the 5 minute challenge.
At Rs. 2,500 per head for below average food and just a couple beers per person, I’d give this place a pass.
The staff was very courteous and polite. 2 stars here...

I booked a table for three people at Game Ranch via the Zomato app for 7 pm yesterday. I received a confirmation on WhatsApp from Zomato, so I was looking forward to our evening. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I was met with an extremely disappointing situation.
Despite my confirmed reservation, the receptionist informed me that the restaurant was sold out. Her response was not only unhelpful but also delivered with a surprising level of arrogance. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied as a customer.
While I understand that situations can arise, the lack of proper communication and the receptionist's attitude was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, which unfortunately was lacking in this instance.
I believe it's crucial for establishments like Game Ranch to honor their reservations and handle overbooking situations with grace and consideration for their customers. My intention in sharing this experience is to highlight the need for improvement in customer service and communication.
I hope Game Ranch takes this feedback constructively and works towards ensuring a better experience for their customers in the future
