My recent visit to Toy Room Mumbai was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others. The establishment's deceptive practices and lack of integrity left me deeply dissatisfied.

To begin with, upon entering the venue, I was coerced into purchasing a table for a whopping 40,000 INR. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a series of disappointments. When I tried to order bottles from their menu, I was informed that they did not have the brand I desired. Instead, they pressured me into buying an unfamiliar brand that I had never even heard of before. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic is completely unacceptable and misleading to customers.

The most frustrating part was when I requested a refund due to the misrepresentation of their offerings. Shockingly, the staff outright refused, claiming that once payment is made, no refunds are given. It is clear that they prioritize their own financial gain over customer satisfaction, which is both unethical and unfair.

Toy Room Mumbai's actions amount to cheating and exploiting their customers. They clearly lack transparency and basic principles of honest business practices. I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting this establishment to think twice. The experience I had was not only disappointing but also left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.

In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how unsatisfactory my visit to Toy Room Mumbai was. Their deceitful behavior, from forcing customers into expensive purchases to denying refunds, is deeply concerning.
