Hotel Golden Galaxy — Hotel in Mumbai

I will mention point to point. (1) While booking the room on phone they asked to pay 1200 but when visited to hotel and when we rest for half day(2 hours) they knock the door and asked to leave the hotel or pay extra charges 500 rupees. I had whatsap conversation with him but he denied that this is wrong number. But when called it was ringing in his pocket. He denied that he didn't had a word with me. Totally fraud people. (2) AC is not working in all the rooms. (3) All staff are muslims and road side chapri people. (4) The manager and staff will threaten to you if you tell them that AC is not working or cooling. They will straight away deny and ask you to stay as it is. (5) I request you to please do not visit this hotel by any chance. Or else it would be your nightmare. (6) The people working over here and the manager are completely fraudulent people. (7) I had to leave this hotel immediately as I was with my wife and these guys are muslims all staff. They will look at your mother, sister in very awkward way which is very uncomfortable for anyone. (8) I request you to please avoid this hotel by seeing low charges. I would share my review with the following points:

Service - Very Bad service & very slow. Even they take half an hour to just give you one towel.

Food - Breakfast is not complementary. You have to pay extra for it.

Behaviour - Behaviour of the Reception guy is utterly disappointing. He has no etiquette of talking to the customers, very rude & language is very bad.

Rooms - Rooms are okay. Not very good according to the price they are charging for a night.

Washroom - Geyser was not working, and when I informed him, he just told me 'apko to phle bolna chahie, ab thodi electrician aega, bla bla bla'. The thing is I can take shower anytime, it may be morning, noon or night, this is not an excuse, then why are you charging this money for the room??

Cleanliness - We stayed for two days, no cleaning was done for the room, towels not given fresh in the morning, etc. Everything I ask, they just deny. Also, there were lot of small cockroaches in the washroom & room too.

The location is not good. The room is really small. First day check in the bathroom was smelling bad and no hot water to take bath. When ask to change the room the manager said that this is possible only the next day. The next day when we changed the room that was more awful so many cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom. When I told the Manager they were just making fun of us despite that I gave them proof of those creatures in the room. The staff and not really not friendly. One of them even told me that why I am giving only small tips and I am spending lots of money on shopping?
