Stayed at this hotel for 15 days. In my views, this hotel would be 3 star. The room service is timely and polite. They have a buffet system charges of which (as of 7 Jan 2019) are 600 for breakfast buffet and 900 each for Lunch & Dinner buffet. The rooms are not enormous but sufficiently big, least to say. There are 5 floors in total with 2 lifts working 24 hours. Tea and coffee bags are provided in every room with milk powder packets along with kettle to make tea/coffee for yourself. Laundry service is available in hotel if requested at pretty reasonable rate.
The hotel is located strategically at a distance of 1 kilometre via overhead walkway to Santa Cruz local station. It's situated right at Vakola Junction and you can find auto rickshaw connectivity at all times of the day to any part of Mumbai. This hotel mostly accomodates people for official company purposes and thus maintains service at their notch. There is 24x7 hot water and electricity supply along with Wi-Fi.
This place is located 650 meters walkable distance from ONGC transit accomodation (guest house). It's also within 7 kilometres of Airport and hardly takes 15-20 mins to reach. Distance from BKC office complex is also within 7 kilometres, which makes it accessible. Staff is polite and ready to give you a pleasant stay experience. Rooms are cleaned and and sheets are changed everyday.
The only thing which I didn't like about the place is the charges they levy on food. Food is costly and not worth the money paid. You'll find tastier food at half the price in several other places around. The only thing good about food here is that it's clean, hygienic and healthy.

Read moreMe and my friends were at the Regency Hotel at around 3 am in the morning. One of my female friend was wanting to visit the toilet and since there wasn't one any place closeby, we went towards the gate at the regency hotel, which was locked and we requested the watchman to open the gate so that we could have our friend visit the toilet. He blatantly said a no to us and said he wouldn't open the gate. We requested him that we Infact could have something at the coffee shop as well since we were hungry also, but then again he had a word with the manager and again did not open the gate for us. This is just to bring it to the notice of the management that I totally understand the difference between a public toilet and a hotel one, but when there is a female involved, you need to show some courtesy from your end. Just to put things also into perspective, we walked into Grand Hyatt next and we were welcomed in, irrespective of what we had come in to do at the hotel. I guess that's why there is a clear difference of hospitality...
