I had buy spectacles from many years but this time I am very disappointed because before 1 and half week ago when I final my specs firstly he tell Me the rate of lense in specs around 1095, I said Ok after that when He done bill he said I had told its my mistake of hearing that price was 1495. I said Ok may be my mistake but at that I strictly said that I am not comfortable with plastic lense and also not even with coated glass then his not said that it is a plastic glass which I had ordered.But after when I realise that glass lenses are not coastlier then I call him and said I want only glass lense he said ok and after that when product ready and I saw it was coated glass I told him that I cant comfortable with this then he started worst language with me and then I dont want this product you may change as per my ordered that he said you didnt mention anything at the time of order and after that the other person may be he is manager or not he didnt resolve my problem and forced me by conversation to get that spectacles only and after more than week or may be 15 days I cant able adjust that coating glasses and that only wants sell his product on by way he...

After 1 month (after 3 visites) they are now realizing that there is a difference in the glass number given in doctors prescription and their analysis..If they would have told us before purchasing such a costly glasses then we would have surely gone back to our eye doctor, getting number confusion sorted. Now after a month informing us that you need to entirely change your glasses (almost same costing) for clear vision, is nither affordable nor a correct approach by Gangar Eyenation. I understand that customer come with their own preferences (glass numbers given by doctors) however it's your responsibility to tell the customer that there is a difference in glass number(not after purchasing and 3-4 visits after that),for them to sort things before putting so much of money.. Also within a month it's frame got broken. Waste of so much time and money.. Better to go to other opticians near the store for better quality...

We are always impressed by the range of spectacle frames that they have, the on time service, the customer service standards and the home delivery.
What we have usually observed on the cons side is: No discounts offered ever - 20 years is customer loyalty, and we would have spent a lot on the frames, but never got any discounts.
The in-house optical testing isn't accurate. We've usually seen ±0.5 error rate against the opthalmologist assessment. Always come in with a Rx.
Their frames are on the expensive side and they do tend to upsell on price or a particular brand of lens. I remember after 15 years of using Crizal they suddenly pushed us to buy a different brand of lens. And 2 years after that, they asked us to buy...
