Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Mumbai

I would never rate even 1 star but I had no other option so I'm giving 1 star. For nearly 3 times (may be more than that) I ordered chicken cheeses momos from them from fried and streamed. But they always deliver normal momos instead of cheese momos. Then why I pay extra amount and why they are having cheese in their menu? They are not including cheese dip also which I added as additional in order. This is seriously frustrating. I already put this on my another gmail and they said to send via mail the details and after sending the details, they don't care. They are tricking us cleverly that "These photos samples are not enough for claim". How they expect me to take pic when I clearly shows them there is no cheese, just a normal momos? It's a small outlet with limited number of indoor and outdoor seating. The place isn't for big groups unless people are ready to stand and eat their food. The place is designed well and looks trendy.

The menu has plenty of dishes to choose from and it's easy to understand and order food.

The Momo's were delicious in taste. I loved the variety this place offered and how it used Momo's in other dishes like Burger. The Momo's tasted very good and was perfectly cooked when I visited the place.

The quality and quantity both were satisfactory. The place is inexpensive and delivers a good deal in return.

The staff was good but they had no idea about the different payment options it displayed on their counter. The payment made via mobile wallets often makes them confuse and clueless which can be improved...

It was worst experience ever I had this evening, I ordered chicken thukpa ,first of all they took alot of time to deliver and after serving on table it was not worth of the money that charged. It full of watery soups in small tiny black bowl, when I ask the waiter why is soo like that he said its soup, soo funny I can't see any Thukpa, the chicken inside was jst boiled n put it teast soo ridiculous, I was soo upset and told them to give me other like momo instead of that, he said no 1st, when I told I want to talk to manager, he admitted himself manger n dan he finally gave me steaming momo.
