WOW Momos Sion West — Restaurant in Mumbai

Probably had the worst experience I could have at a Wow outlet. Despite having negative experiences with Wow before, decided to give them another chance. It was evening time and the store was almost empty, with only me and more customer. Yet the experience was horrible for both of us – the AC was non-functional (the weather outside was much more pleasant than the inside), staff were unbothered about customer requests (not enough clarity provided on the menu), and the food was served after 25 minutes! It took them 25 minutes to serve 8 pieces of momos. The delay was because the staff had forgot to switch on the steamer, and only realized this after 20 mins, hence the momos were uncooked. Apart from the quality of the momos, they were lacking in taste as well. The only good experience was the chilled bottle of Pepsi. While the prices are cheap, the food quality, taste and experience are not worth it! [Went through other reviews after my visit and many have pointed out the bad air...

Complaint Review – Wow! Momo, Sion Outlet (China)

As a regular customer of Wow! Momo (China), I’ve always enjoyed the food and experience — but my recent visit to the Sion outlet was extremely disappointing.

The AC was not working, and the entire place felt hot and suffocating. Despite informing the staff multiple times, they showed no urgency or willingness to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the staff came across as rude and indifferent. There were also small mosquitoes inside, which raised serious hygiene concerns.

This is not the level of service I expect from a brand I’ve trusted and visited regularly. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures basic comfort, cleanliness, and respectful service at all outlets...

WoW momos are just wow 😍. I dined with my friends here, they have a variety of momos and chinese food. I just loved their menu. We tried chicken momos, veg momos, chinese bhel tangy tangra style and also the best dish i.e. prawns momos something I don't remember the name 🤦🏻‍♂️ but yeah it was a recommendation from a friend (he himself ordered that's why I don't remember the name). I want to talk about yhe Chinese bhel tangy tangra style, I didn't liked it much it seemed chilled and it tasted sweeter than we expected. We bought it actually for the name 😂😂.
