WORST SERVICE FROM ARYA BHAVAN RESTAURANT & SWIGGY

I ordered Deluxe thali, worth Rs 227/- which also includes

1. Ice cream, which was not delivered along with the thali... Restaurant person says that he has no idea about that... delivery person says the "Ice cream would have melted till the time of parcel, so, didn't pack it for the parcel"....
2. Gulab jamun small size of rasgullas were sent instead of Gulab jamun...
3. Papad Very cheap quality of packing of Papad... which was packed in a newspaper , that should be packed in plastic packet...
4. Curd & Kadhi... both are of very cheap quality and taste...

I jst had a word with the restaurant person, & SWIGGY delivery person as well... I DID NOT GET ANY SATISFACTORY REPLY FROM ANY ONE OF THEM, AS IF, THEY DO NOT NEED THE CUSTOMERS.....

I was but obviously disappointed because of this kind of service.... WORST IN THE...

Plz I request don’t go to this hotel they are seriously serving worst food i have ordered manchurian they served 15-20 days old manchurian. It totally soo bad . It will cause food poisoning or something serious problem. Don’t visit this hotel it is worst . The waiter was also not able to eat the manchurian. And about the service 1 plate of manchurian takes hardly 5-7 mins he took almost 45 min and served the worst good . And we have ordered dal khichdi and it only the dal pani and mashed up rice very bad . Plzz do not go . Chefs are so mad stupid that don’t know that how to make manchurian. Never go to this hotel never . Using low quality oil and the complimentary achar was also worst total black . Never go...

Worst place to Visit. Not even worth for 1 star. We went for Dinner when our Parents insisted. Food was worst. Place & atmosphere needs to be renovated. Tomato Soup was nothing but a sweet chutney where no tomatoes appeared served with toast pieces. We ordered deluxe thali and we hardly ate anything.

Burfi was a sweet served in Delux Thali that to rotten one with fungus and worms 🪱 inside.

"If your menu was not ready atleast have courtesy to say we are closed. "

We paided 1000 bucks with left empty stomach.
