I recently had a truly disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza in Nagpur. I’ve been a regular customer at various Domino’s outlets, but this visit was nothing short of a disaster. Firstly, the pizza quality was abysmal. The crust was overcooked to the point of being burnt, and the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. It felt like I was eating a cardboard disc rather than a pizza. The cheese was either too greasy or too dry—honestly, I’m not sure which, but it was unpleasant in either case. The service was equally disappointing. Despite placing my order well in advance, I waited nearly an hour beyond the promised delivery time. The service is very slow . The kitchen is very loud. The music is ridiculous. they are very partial towards youngsters especially groups of girls.. they serve others first and groups last. They made us wait for 20 minutes for 1 pizza whereas others got their complete meals and even left before us. When we went to enquire about it, the response was also a very rude one.. Shitty experience!! Ordered corn and jalapeno garlic bread. And we got paneer garlic bread which tasted fishy and when complained, the staff was very impolite and non co operative. It is an open kitchen setup and when I complained about the issue everyone started laughing.
