Meeting Point- Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Nagpur

Had been a regular at this restaurant since many years, but the service has gone down considerably. Being a well wisher, I tried to convey our dissatisfaction directly to the concerned but it’s falling on deaf ears. Today I am sitting from 9:30 pm and now it’s 11 pm; only the soups and partial snacks are served till now. The restaurant staff and managers are rude, they say on the face, that u r not the only customer; we have to cater to others also. Gosh…if this is happening to me and my family; who are loyal to hotel centre point Nagpur from its inception, imagine, what shall b the fate of others. Mr Sahil was the waiter and Mr Prakash Jha was restaurant manager, who are ruining the hard earned image of hotel centre point nagpur. Being a personal friend of Shri Angad Arora and banquet manager Shri Ashish Kamble, I tried to convey these shortcomings on many occasions directly; but it fell on deaf ears, I suppose… Thanks Hotel Centre point, Ramdaspeth, nagpur for turning down a loyalist for over 3 decades…. Not only hotel centre point spoiled my 2 parties in last 2 weeks but also today’s dinner…. May be they are busy in opening more restaurants in nagpur rather than focusing on ground realities, who’s is sinking. Unless they Improve their services at hotel centre point and their restaurants, I urge u not to visit and waste your time, because they are harping on a pd glory of hotel centre point Nagpur Thanks and regards

Horrible experience Highlights: Extremely bad service, mediocre food and some cockroaches seen around the table.

Details: Went here after 2 yrs and the place has fallen apart

1. Ordered Paneer tikka and honey chilli lotus stem and tomato soup to start with The tomato soup was very tangy, and tasted very artificial Paneer tikka was good Lotus stem was cold when it came to the table.

2. On repeatedly asking the server to take the main course order, finally they came to take the order only to say they don’t know the details of what the sabzi curry is made of

3. finally gave the main course order to the senior waiter

4. ordered a peanut masala in between and the staff assumed we would like the dinner post that so they did not start making it

5. On repeated requests for main course, the food arrived after 20-25 odd mins.

6. The dum aloo kashmiri was bad, paneer khurchan was still ok

7. the rotis came in batches, first butter naan, then after 5 mins, plain naan, then after 5 mins...

We were 6 people and had already called them and confirmed the table and about the Zomato gold benefits beforehand. When we went there, a manager who took our order noted down the 3 gold unlock ID. Then came another manager saying that zomato has now restricted the use of gold to max 2 per table and they had issued a "letter" mentioning the same. Even though We checked the app and it clearly stated that there was no cap on no. of golds per table. We connected to the Zomato customer care and they said that there was no such restriction and we could avail all 3 golds! Bad experience in this respect. The staff is not aware of the policies and aren't quite friendly. Very poor response.

Food was a 3/5. Veg starter menu was very basic n restricted. No variety. Veg crispy didn't meet expectation. Paneer 65 was tasty. Main...
