Hi, I want to give genuine feedback on the cake for my son’s first birthday. I am really disappointed with the presentation and taste of the cake. As I expected a lot better from your bakery as you have charged for the premium cakes. The panda cake for the cake smash was poorly decorated. As the cutouts were made of poor quality paper which was not even printed properly. The birthday cake’s texture was so hard it was quite difficult for my son to cut the cake.
