McDonald's — Restaurant in Nashik

My experience at this McDonald's location was the worst ever. Despite visiting multiple times in the morning, the staff consistently fails to start the air-conditioning and offers excuses or delays when asked, as if they are personally responsible for the electricity bill.

Today's customer service was exceptionally poor. I have tried to be understanding in the past, but this incident was the last straw. The behavior of the staff members named Priya, Dharshana, and Chetan was immature. I placed my order and waited patiently in a poorly ventilated environment without any fans, AC, or open windows. While taking my order, manager Darshana informed Priya that the soft drink machine was not working. I immediately asked Priya if I should cancel my order, but she insisted on taking my money and processing it. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, Darshana informed me that the machine was still not working and they couldn't provide me with Sprite.

Although I understand that machines can malfunction and orders may not be fulfilled, my main concern was the lack of communication among the staff members. They need proper training to prevent customers from suffering and to save time and energy for both parties. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, they seemed clueless about the process. Despite being an assistant manager, Chetan showed no interest in resolving the issue.

This experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I will never return to this...

I recently placed an online order from your McDonald’s outlet (Untwadi Rd, opp. City Centre Mall) and regrettably, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. I had ordered the Big Spicy Chicken Wrap and the Indulge Choco Jar. The wrap was poorly prepared—the chicken fillet was over-fried and burnt, and the tortilla was so dry that it crumbled apart. Additionally, the Choco Jar had an artificial chocolate taste, which made it quite unappetizing. This experience makes me question the effectiveness of your food quality assurance, especially considering the “Golden Guarantee” label prominently displayed on the packaging.

Unfortunately, the quality of the items I received did not reflect that promise. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the consistency and quality of the food...
