so first i really want to appreciate the person who served us (abdulla) he was so nice and polite.he was very good at his job, he was continuslly check on us, not for one moment we felt uncomfortable, in the rush time, he was giving proper attention to us,5 star ⭐️ for the service, so i went with my mother, family room is available on 2nd floor, ambiance was nice and simple, felt good. there are limited options for both veg and non veg starter. we ordered there special chicken alfamam and seekh kabab, chicken alfamam is was good, it was so tender and well cooked, kabab is little dry, but taste was nice, spices we well mixed. for main course, we ordered murg musallam, butter garlic naam and dum biryani.murg musallam was sooo delicious 🤤 and authentic 🥰 it had 2 gravy’s red and green, chicken pieces were also grilled. it was delicious 😋❤️, garlic naan was so crispy and tasty 😁👍🏻⭐️dum biryani was also amazing portion size was also good 👍🏻😊 it’s so affordable, bill was 892 for all this. it’s pocket friendly, highly recommended🙌🏻✌️⭐️

The hotel SM imperial is a 3-star property located near Sarda circle. It has been serving authentic Mughlai dishes since 2015. This place is quite crowded on weekends. You may have to wait for 15-20 minutes till you get the table, but this wait is worth it. You can choose from a variety of dishes. Both veg and non-veg are served. This is an authentic Mughlai restaurant serving authentic Mughlai dishes. Kabsa rice is the speciality. Every morsel of the Kabsa was a burst of flavours and aroma. One can feel the sweet and strong taste and the spices. The chicken was well cooked, and the rice was finely steamed. It had a great texture. Kapsa dish was more than sufficient for 5 people. There has been a rumour about the hotel staff that they are rude. But during our visit, they were really kind and helpful. Abdulla uncle handled our table, and he was pretty attentive. The taste of served food items was delicious, and we really enjoyed every served dish. I strongly recommend you to try Kabsa rice and Alfaham chicken with mayonnaise.

A Royal Culinary Experience at SM Imperial If you’re craving rich, flavorful Mughlai cuisine, SM Imperial is the place to be. This restaurant offers a true feast for non-veg lovers, blending traditional spices with royal recipes that take your taste buds on a delicious journey. The Chicken Mughlai and Mutton Rogan Josh were absolute stars of the meal — slow-cooked, tender, and bursting with bold, aromatic flavors. We also tried the Murgh Malai Tikka, which was perfectly grilled, creamy, and melted in the mouth. The ambiance of SM Imperial adds to the experience — elegant yet cozy, with attentive staff who are happy to recommend their specialties. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was top-notch. To finish off, their Shahi Tukda is a must-try — sweet, rich, and just the right amount of indulgent. Overall, SM Imperial delivers an authentic Mughlai dining experience that’s hard to beat. Whether you’re out with friends or planning a family dinner, this place is perfect for a royal treat.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Hotel SM Imperial , and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! As a lover of non-vegetarian cuisine, I was blown away by the range of mouthwatering options available.

From the moment I entered, the ambiance oozed with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The waiting staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. They were more than willing to recommend dishes and offer suggestions based on our tastes.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu was extensive, featuring a wide variety of delectable non-vegetarian dishes from different cuisines. Whether you're a fan of Indian, Chinese, American, or Mediterranean cuisine, there is something for everyone. The flavors were authentic and the taste was simply divine.

My personal favorites included the succulent Chicken Tikka Masala, which was rich and packed with flavors, and the perfectly cooked Tandoori Chicken that left me craving more. The menu also boasted an array of seafood options, and I must say that the Prawns Curry was a true standout, with its aromatic spices and tender prawns.

The portion sizes were generous, making it suitable for sharing or for heartier appetites. The food was presented beautifully, reflecting the attention to detail and care put into each dish. Additionally, everything was prepared with utmost hygiene and safety, further adding to my overall satisfaction.

The pricing was reasonable considering the quality and taste of the dishes. The pleasant surprise was that they also offered combo meals and discounted lunch specials, making it easy to indulge without breaking the bank.

To my delight, the Hotel SM Imperial also offers a selection of delectable desserts to round off the meal. Whether you prefer traditional Indian sweets or international favorites like chocolate cake or cheesecake, they have something to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Overall, my experience at the Hotel SM Imperial exceeded my expectations. The food was beyond delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was inviting. If you're a fan of non-vegetarian cuisine, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant; you won't be...

This is mainly for the hotel service review however rooms are quite good||service of the hotel was definitely an issue.||1. The person was denying for card payment|2. Chicken crispy was definitely not advisable|3. We requested to parcel left over food but it wasn't handover to us and in some confusion at the end we even missed to ask.|4. Hotel staff member accidentally drops food on the floor so was expecting something of below would be followed||A. Apologize to the Guest|B. Offer Replacement:|C. Clean Up:|D. Offer a Gesture|But nothing of these are seen||5. Most importantly, staying calm, professional, and courteous throughout the incident goes a long way toward leaving a positive impression despite the mishap. However, the same person was denying for the card payment and dint give a damn to respond to my other parcel status inspite was just giving me a bad look.||6. I called their contact number +0253 259 7786 for the feedback and the issue at 10:30 pm and I'm told to wait for 30 minutes to get the status checked. I'm still awaiting on their responses. Even polite response on call would have helped me but that is still missing.||I really want this to be taken up to the next level else this kind of behaviour will not be accepted.||I was very happy at the initial but at the end it's...

SM Empire Hotel at Sarda Circle, Nashik, offers a decent dining experience with a few hits and misses. The location is convenient and easy to reach, and the ambience is quite good—clean, nicely lit, and comfortable for both families and groups. Service was fast and the staff was polite and responsive, which added to the overall experience.

We ordered Chicken Chilli and found it tasted very similar to Paneer Chilli, which was a bit confusing. The gravies and preparation style for veg and non-veg felt almost identical, lacking distinct flavors. Later, we tried Paneer Tikka Masala and half Chicken Handi. The Paneer dish was okay, though slightly oily. The Chicken Handi was mild in flavor and could have used more spices to bring out the richness.

Portions were average, and prices were moderate—not too high, but considering the taste, a bit more variety and refinement would be appreciated.

Overall, SM Empire is not a bad option if you're nearby and want a quick, decent meal. It’s not the best for foodies looking for unique taste, but with some improvements in recipe variety and flavor, it can become a more...
