I think one of the most awaited restaurant in Belapur. Recently opened in the sector 11. Overall experience was good.
Let’s start with the ambience which is amazing. Beautiful interiors but it’s a small place for Bhagat Tarachand.
And they have really put in efforts to create their menu. Loved it.
Service has to improve. They forgot couple of our orders placed for starters.
Manchow soup was too spicy. Lemon coriander was not that great.
Veg tawa was good Paneer was also good Ghee dal tadka was amazing Chapati - was the best. This is the USP of this place and they have maintained it very well. Rabdi was also great. Not veryyyy sweet. It was decent.
Overall food was good but if we compare it with the other outlets of the franchise, it was okay.
Staff is nice and courteous.
Not very heavy on the pocket.
Right on palm beach road. You can park your vehicle right outside the restaurant on the main road. No valet parking.
Definitely a worth...
Read moreBad food! The starter Aloo Took literally dried my wallet! They served what tasted like street side aloo baji in a shiny plate! 240/- for 15 small pieces of fried aloo! Really! What were they thinking???Undercooked gravy in the curry. Even I make better Paneer tikha masala at home! The Schezwan fried rice literally looked like coloured rice dunked in a wok of oil! I couldn't taste anything! The makki roti was ok. Bland but edible! 1000/- for such deplorable food in a branded restaurant is unexpected! Bad service. This place personified that adage "All that shines is not gold!" Mere looks ain't gonna last long! It took these guys less than 3 months to go from good to worst! Never going back there. I suggest you do the same. Otherwise be prepared to lose your hard earned money to these people who take us literally for...
Read moreBelapur finally has its own thali place and we couldn't be happier about it. Bhagat Tarachand is synonymous with ghar jaisa khana and we just had to visit. The decor of this place has been done beautifully and the place is well lit.
Despite their big menu we invariably go for their Special Thali and this was no exception. Their ghee chapatis and dal fry are the highlights and never fail to impress. Skipped the chaas bottle this time although it's our favourite.
The location is great but there's a parking issue, common in that area, so you may struggle a bit for space. Also, there may be waiting time during peak hours. The food...
