Flamiingo Lounge — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Flamiingo Lounge is located in Belapur and it is on the main road hence easy to locate.

The restaurant is super spacious with multiple seating options available. They have seatings for all size of groups with high chair and sofa available too. Two sections are also available where you can host a group dinner. The ambiance is rustic with colourful neon lights used everywhere and the screens kept looks nice. The bar is big in size and they also have a smoking section. Overall loved the vibe of the place.

They specialise in multi cuisine and hence you will find options from Indian, Chinese, Italian to Thai. Price wise it is at par with similar type of brands however they run various discounts on drinks and group bookings. The quantity served is also perfect.

I went here for Friday dinner and after 9.30 the live DJ stole the show. The music was good and everyone started dancing near their table and trust me it did not felt claustrophobic. The kitchen and table service from 8 to 8.45 was good however after we ordered mains it started getting haywire. The staff looked lost as he forgot our mocktail order and the sizzler took almost 40 minutes to come to our table. So an improvement needed here.

What We Had - APPETIZERS~ Tandoori Techa Chicken - Juicy chicken grilled to perfection with an outstanding marination of spicy techa tasted delicious. Loved the techa flavour as the after taste had a kick in it and it wasn't too spicy as well. A must try if you want to try something different.

Old School Chicken Lollypop in Hot Garlic Sauce - Huge lollypops tossed in garlic based sauce along with onions tasted great. Loved the size of the lollypops as it was meaty. The semi dry sauce had amazing flavours of garlic however it was not overpowering. Try to it eat when it is less hot so you won't feel the sauce heat.

MAINS~ Grilled Chicken Peri Peri Sizzler - Looked stunning and tasted decent. This sizzler consisted of Mexican rice, sauteed veggies, fries, mashed potato, grilled chicken with a side of peri peri sauce. Taste wise loved the rice, veggies and the sauce however the chicken was little undone and needed more grilling. The peri peri sauce tasted great with the rice, the veggies had nice crunch too.

Butter Chicken Biryani - One of the unique amd tasty version of biryani to try. Long grain rice with shredded chicken done in little sweet and spicy butter masala gravy tasted excellent. Loved the taste of the masala in this as it wasn't sweet and the rice to masala ratio was perfect. It was served along with papad and raita. Overall a perfect biryani.

DESSERTS~ Caramel Custard. Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream. The caramel custard tasted excellent however the the chocolate brownie was dry and less chocolate sauce poured made this dessert a miss.

MOCKTAILS~ Levender Lemonade - The mocktail was refreshing and we loved the taste of this.

In starters, we tried the Kingdom Crispy Wings, which were delightfully crunchy with a well-balanced seasoning, and the Chicken Malai Tikka, a creamy, tender delight that melted in the mouth. Both dishes were rich in flavor and served as the perfect prelude to the mains.

For the main course, we opted for the classic Butter Chicken paired with soft and buttery Baby Butter Naan. The butter chicken had a rich, creamy gravy that was simply irresistible. Alongside, the Chicken Alfredo Pasta was perfectly creamy and loaded with tender chicken pieces, a comforting dish that added a Western twist to our meal.

We wrapped up the evening on a sweet note with Gulab Jamun and Vanilla Ice Cream. The warm gulab jamun paired beautifully with the cold, creamy vanilla ice cream, creating a dessert experience that was indulgent and satisfying.
