Update 2: Pricing still an issue. Tax gets added later and amount is rounded up,not down. They are giving napkins finally, without needing customer to ask for it. I tried their combo of pastry,coffee and snack. Only the chocolate ones and one pineapple one are covered by the combo,which is disappointing. Coffee was average. Food is still decent,if you like this kind of food. Would strongly discourage taking the combo. Take your favourite pastry and food item,skip the coffee and the limited assortment of pastry covered by the combo.

Bill gets rounded up,not rounded down. Prices listed without tax. Rs90 item will become 106.7, and they will charge 107 not 106. Verbally ,the staff said 106. But when I checked the change tendered, it was Rs 3,not Rs4. Then I checked the bill but no where did it say 106. It said 107 but did not properly give the sequence of tax application, then total with tax, and then theobroma's rounding up to 107, and then finally say amount is 107.

Why not just list it at final price of 100 or 110? Napkin/tissue not...

I had ordered Red velvet cake from the Belapur outlet. The cake had some pungent taste and odour. This was not the first bad Theobrama experience I had. I have paid around Rs. 900 with GST for this rotten cake. Theobrama was a brand i valued and I have always recommended to others but of late Kharghar, Vashi, and Belapur outlet have disappointed me. You take enormous money for your good looking, sophisticated outlets, and give us a below average taste. I have been a customer of Theobrama since your Bandra store. Your quality and taste is “Top class Nulla” like local brands ex. cake world, cake bliss, etc. If this is a franchise store then attention the owner, Sir you have made a mistake in partnering this brand. Get your money out. Pls refrain your self from consuming such B grade products. These outlets look tempting but taste and quality is FaLtu. Theobrama guys make desserts and cakes but...

Theobrama is the best pastry and bakery out there have tried each and everything from their menu from cheesecakes to brownies , the red velvet pastry is so delicious a bit of sweet sourness to it , blueberry cupcake is my favourite. The chicken mustard sandwich is delicious. The chicken Quiche is beautifully made . The croissant there is just perfection . I have tried their cakes as well strawberry cream cake was nice . Opium pastry makes jusctice to its name . Their millionaire brownie is my go to , can have it everyday . Thats what I crave for whenever I'm in a bad mood They brew really nice latte as well . It is a small yet nice bakery at Belapur they have a even bigger outlet in kharghar . Even the cookies I've tried are really nice , their mava cake is superb. Banana cake is healthy...
