Ambar Kitchen - Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

While returning to Pune from Mumbai had a halt for dinner over here and it was unexpectedly very good.

Ambience: It is a local bar and restaurant and do not expect much from interiors. It is clean and a normal seating arrangement however comfortable. Not recommended for family.

Food: Tasty We had ordered few drinks and pomfret rava fry, chicken tandoori, prawns masala, egg bhurji, egg pakoda, chana masala and cheese cherry pineapple. All were very very tasty. Fish was very fresh and nicely prepared with good mixture of spices nicely marinated and cooked. Chicken tandoori was also very good. Egg starters were also very tasty as well.

For main course we took paneer tikka masala, roti and dal khichdi and those all were also very good and tasty.

Service: It was also very good.

I would recommend this if planning for dinner on highway returning to Pune from Mumbai. Loved this...

Good food but most dishes overpriced, decent ambience but staff not trustworthy in terms of dealing with money... Went there twice with a friend and both times had a bad experience after paying the bill the balance amount was not adequately kept in the cash folder... When counted and asked why the entire balance was not returned the waiter gave a stupid explanation that maybe the balance cash was not properly counted as there were too many customers to tend to on that day and so counted in a hurry... First time they returned Rs. 500 less and second time Rs. 100 less and offered the same explanation on both occasions... Try and avoid this place if you can find other...

Worst bar and restaurant I have ever visited in navi mumbai. Seriously it's too too too disgusting. It is located at the best place in navi mumbai. Hardly 5 minutes walk from vashi railway station. Location is very prime but it is more worst than country bar. Service is really really bad. You have to ask for every thing and waiters are also disgusting. Worst food j ever had in my life. I tried starters crispy chicken and chana garlic and snacks. But it was too worst that I didn't even thought about main course. Never ever visit...
