However, the damage was already done, and my appetite had been significantly diminished. While their response was commendable, it does not excuse the lack of attention to detail that led to this unfortunate incident in the first place.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AT MCDONALD'S VASHI*

I recently had the misfortune of visiting McDonald's Vashi, and the experience was an unmitigated disaster! The staff was abysmal, and the service was an insult to the very concept of customer service.

I placed an order and paid ₹500 in cash, but the cashier had the audacity to refuse giving me change, saying "change nhi hai" (no change available). And to add insult to injury, she was curt and rude, asking me to use GPay instead.

But that wasn't even the worst part! She had the nerve to stare at me while I was sitting at my table, making me feel like a criminal for daring to visit their establishment.

As a customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy. But McDonald's Vashi failed to deliver on even that minimal expectation.

The order number was around #435. I demand that you take immediate action to address this issue. If not, I'll be forced to take my business elsewhere and share my horrific experience with friends, family, and the world at large.

Friends you all know McDonald is famous for all kinds of people bcoz of there price and food, and some drinks also, i like the most favourite one is Mc chicken with fries 🍟 and coke, to spending a time with family and friends in MCD is amazing 😍👍 i love to everyweek in MCD to spend some quality time with my friends, at evening time, bcoz the inside environment has some silent, if we visit a mall we definitely visit McD that sure, friends if your reading this msg then plsss , reply for my msg how much you like McD and what you like in mcd, and with whom you like to take with you in mcd, bcoz most people's who visit, that's couples, friends if this is true then reply for this, 70% Couples, 20% friends and family remaining 10% single.......................................
