Wow! China — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

One of the worst places to ever have food... Had a very vad experience on New year's Eve....

Staff on the counter was rude and arrogant (the staff in black uniform) Ordered for 2 fish and prawns sizzlers, they serve me one fish sizzler and one prawns sizzler.

Two Pepsi 200 mi bottles were free with one sizzler...has to beg to get the softdrinks. And that too, the staff was giving only two bottles only, had to remind him twice stating that the offer was two softdrinks with one sizzler and I had bought two sizzlers. Somehow got two more Pepsi pet bottles. Had also ordered chicken haka noodles.. needed to remind him of the order in the end. He was acting as if they have already served the dish. When reminded, the staff said they have prepared veg haka noodles and he said in Hindi "Chicken add karke deta hu" and it was tasteless.

A waste of time and money And thanks for ruining my New Year's Eve..

Visited Wow China recently and had a decent experience. The ambience was just okay, with slightly dim lighting that could be improved. However, the staff was very helpful and caring, which made the visit pleasant. A big plus was the manager speaking in Marathi, making communication easier and more welcoming.

The food had a good variety, but the portion sizes were on the smaller side. The highlight was their desserts—popsicles, kulfis, and ice creams had an authentic and delicious taste. Also, they were very considerate towards little children, which was a nice touch.

Visited this Chinese outlet recently and tried their Non-Veg Thali. The thali included veg rice paired with chicken gravy, a few fried items, and a basic salad. While the presentation was decent, the taste was fairly average nothing particularly stood out in terms of flavor.

However, the overall dining experience was quite pleasant. The ambience was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, making it a nice spot to sit and enjoy a meal. Service was prompt and courteous, and there was ample parking space available, which is always a plus.
