Call Me Ten — Restaurant in New Delhi

This place should change it's name from Call me 10 to Call me Never! Please take the time to read the review as it could save your life, and im not exaggerating. My friend and I went here for New Years 2024/2025 1st table we were show was next the POS station, 2nd was at the bar next to the Bar sink and the 3rd was across from the Dj. The table seemed 8ft high and the seats had us eye to eye ea other and the table. When I didnt want to sit there the offered us a table upstairs, which we took.

The Evening was going good and the food seemed to appease the palette. 15 mins before NYs my friend decided to go to the bathroom downstairs as the top floor one was not clean! She asked me to walk with her down and as we walked down I was holding her left hand. Thank God!!! I did, because her heel got stuck in the metal frame which was at the end of each step. She fell and because I held on she got twisted and fell down the stairs landing at the bottom one on ner left side. If i handnt been there she would have fallen face first, down 7 to 8 steps of stairs. This is all on tape. The lady bouncer came over to comfort my friend who was understandably crying. The other manager came over but didnt show much concern and let the lady bouncer handle it.

We went back upstairs to sit while she was in pain and we brought in NYs. We finished our food and my friend ordered the dessert. Due to the small size portions I wanted to order something and was told that the Kitchen is closed. Literally 5 to 10 mins after NYs the kitchen is closed. I told the server that we should have been given a heads up before for last order, as i was talking to them another table got steaming hot food.

We were charged 7k+ and since we had booked it on Zamato we got 2k back in cash as the server charged the entire bill. The comped the desert lol.

If they cared about our business they should have heavyly discounted our bill or comped the entire meal. If this was the US these guys would be getting sued but in India NOTHING!

I was extremely upset and as we were leaving, towards the exist my foot got stuck in the same metal pc that is on every stair. In my case the entire metal pc came off of the step and poked me in the back of my leg. I called the same manager who quickly ripped it off the step.

I let them hear my displeasure and swore at them.

This could have happened to anyone! We were just lucky that we evaded serious injuries. So to Hell with this place! It was dead on NYs, food wasn't worth the price and the service was...

We ran a bit late due to traffic, but the booking manager (apologies for forgetting her title) was incredibly accommodating and offered us a beautiful Level 4 bar-side table, which was a blessing.

As soon as you step inside, the ambiance is nothing short of stunning. The combination of ancient cave-like aesthetics with a touch of modern European design creates a heartwarming and perfectly balanced vibe. We were a group of three vegetarians, and the experience was just perfect. I tried the Espresso Martini (a must-try), the Zen Sake (smooth and calming), and their Asparagus Sushi (unique and fresh). The Chili Garlic Dumplings and Mock Meat Dumplings were simply divine — I wish I could recall the exact name, but they were Japanese-style dumplings that blew us away.

Our server, Lavesh, was exceptional. His knowledge of the menu and his ability to suggest the best dishes and drinks—level by level—made the experience even better. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The music, a beautiful mix of house and jazz, played at just the right volume to complement the setting without overwhelming the conversation. The washrooms were spotless and hygienic, and the parking was conveniently sorted just outside the market area.
