Cirrus 9 — Restaurant in New Delhi

I had always been a very regular customer at cirrus 9. But with the horrendous experience i had tonight i am very put off with the service. I had been given a table and i there was another table empty by the heater so i requested the manager if they could let me just sit and enjoy my drinks there unless the guests arrive but they ignored it completely saying the guest are gonna be there in few minutes. Later after 30 mins when the table was still empty i requested them to let me shift to that table and they did regardless promising them i’ll give up the table as soon as you have the designated guests. I ordered couple of things to eat and some drinks and as i was having my meal the lady at the reception came up to me and crudely asked me to shift from the table as her guests had arrived, I honestly didn’t mind that cause i myself promised to do so but i was still in cirrus 9 and i saw for the next 40 mins no one appeared at the table. The staff is honestly very dis cordinated and have a very crude and blank attitude. I think probably because of this experience this was my last visit to one of my most fav places. I request the seniors to look into the matter and also we don’t expect such service from...

So dont go just because its Oberoi. The only great thing about this place is its amazing location and view but the story ends there. You will be welcomed by the most non customer friendly staff who and bouncers who will not only make you feel uncomfortable verbally but by looks. Oh yes you are profile so incase you are not wearing your gucci and prada you will hear( sorry sir ) entry is shut or we are sold out. Even if you just want a glass of water .. nahh gucci prada pls. I used to love this place ans every place has its ups and down and thats fine but trust me maybe the staff has changed and now the experience is……...

Cirrus 9 is one of my preferred places to go as a suffix to a drinking night in Delhi. It's been a blessing since Oberoi has reopened. The DJ is consistently good and the cocktail list is carefully chosen - it doesn't give too many options to confuse the client and yet covers all drink bases including champagne. The view's nice (not that great as some might tell you) - its the golf course surrounding most of the perimeter. There can be queues on a weekend night...
