Have to say that evening shift staff is good and helping but morning staff is opposite way non-coorporative, this noon nearly 1 pm when I went to the store I asked the guy is anyone taking order?, he said please say the order (me knowing that the order cannot be verbally placed even though I said my order) and I said my order, after that he came to the reception and asked for the order that wanted but this time with smile I said to guy to enter the number bhaiya as I know that you will ask order name afterwards too (keep in notice I said it with smile in a casual way as I know the order procedure as I am their frequent customer but this time I went first time for lunch) but this time in a rude way the guy said to me to just name the order, my mood was now turned off but I eventually said my order and again as expected the guy didn't took the order and went to apply stickers on the pre order (I mean when I already have said to take order when you can follow your procedure then why make me uncomfortable), at last I had enough and I stormed out of the store and in anger and hunger I went to the side by pizza store (which you know name as both stores are adjacent ) even though I like dominos but what can I do that guy made me do it, ruined my day. Also someone tell this store staff to shut the door, like when I said them one time its hot in here, they taunt me that like "if you may shut the door the AC will cool the store", and I was like if you will open your eyes and see I am not the one who opened the door (door was pre all way open wide) but I shutted the door any way.

Read moreI just visited a Domino's Pizza outlet, Munirka and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. The sales girl, Priyanka, did not even ask what I wanted. Instead, she simply walked away from the counter, leaving me completely unattended. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Domino's.
It was frustrating to be ignored like this, and it definitely left a negative impression. I hope the management takes note of this incident and works on improving the behavior and training of their staff to ensure a better customer experience...
