The encalm lounge is split into three physical locations landside on the T3 arrivals level. My review is for the "transit by encalm nap+shower" rooms on the side of arrivals nearest to the international arrivals/transit. since I don't see that encalm has set up separate business locations in GM for each of these entities.
The rooms are small, as expected and all include ensute showers and toilets. Sheets and bathrooms were quite clean.
Rooms are set to 24-25C and HVAC is central, on all the time and fairly loud. Room doors on many rooms don't shut fully (looks like from damage from prior guests) which means noise from the corridor, employees and guests will enter your room. Bring earplugs if you choose to stay.
Beds themselves are on the soft/feel the box springs type and likely not very comfortable for most.
And of course, no natural light. These are all internal rooms.
Beyond that, for a single room, rates are for three or six hrs (3500 or 4500inr respectively before 18% gst as of Jan '25) with overage of 1100inr per hr. Rooms include tea and coffee and water. And you must show your arriving boarding card to use. You can book in advance apparently if you email them at least 48hrs prior though my experience was that when I did that 7 days prior to arrival, nobody replied. Finally, during overnight hrs, there can often be a substantial wait to receive a room. So you may not be able to get sleep when you want...
If it were me, traveling with just a bag or two, I'd try to find a three or four star hotel at aerocity for 7000-8000inr a couple of weeks out. Much better bed. Quieter room. Self adjustable thermostat. And from 5am-midnight, less than 10 mins, including walking time, and 20inr...

I’m writing this review while spending an uncomfortable four-hour layover past midnight at the Encalm Lounge, Terminal 3, IGI Delhi, along with my wife — and I must say, this has been one of the most disappointing lounge experiences we’ve
The facilities are far below par for a lounge at India’s busiest international airport. Food options are average at best, lacking both variety and quality. One would expect at least decent comfort during odd hours, but seating is limited and far from relaxing, especially if you’re here for a few hours.
To make matters worse, my wife has a mild fever, and we had informed the staff about her condition, requesting a peaceful corner to rest. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy, the staff kept asking her not to sleep — as if sitting upright for hours is a fair expectation for a tired, unwell traveler. This lack of basic human sensitivity is extremely disappointing.
In short, Encalm Lounge fails on both comfort and compassion, especially during night hours when weary travelers seek rest and minimal hassle. I sincerely hope the management rethinks their policies and improves the training of their staff. Until then, I cannot recommend this lounge to anyone — especially those looking for even a shred of...
