Hawkers Unforked — Restaurant in New Delhi

Ordered Chicken Momos. There were 8 pieces along with chilli sauce. They were served in a container which I think is meant for only delivery. It should have been served on a plate. Comig to the food quality, these were the worst momos that I have eaten in the last 2-3 years. The chicken quality was good though but they were just bland. Also they were overcooked because of which they were sticking to each other. For Rs. 170/- it was totally not worth it. The vendor doesn't even have an option to serve half plate. So if you guys are going there to try multiple Chinese items then go in a group. I haven't tried anything else over there but as an Indo Chinese food cart, they should atleast make the Momos right. The cashier when told about the quality didn't even bother to respond. The 'B' block Hawker's is anytime better...

Absolutely disappointed. This has been my go-to Chinese cart since I was a kid and I can’t believe how low the standards have fallen.

Got steamed chicken momo and drums of heaven. The momos were a 3.5/5, not as good as they used to be, but still enjoyable. The drums of heaven was not good at all. It wasnt fully cooked and actually bit into a layer of cornflour.

What made it worse was the service. I told the guy infront about the poor Drums of Heaven, and he didnt utter a word and just iced me out completely. It needs to be added that the prices have gone up, and now are the same as a sit-down restaurant.

This outlet is a good place if you enjoy Chinese street-style food. The space is casual and nice for a quick, great meal.

The food tastes great. The momos are soft and well-filled. I really like their Singapore chicken noodles, veg/non-veg Manchurian, drums of heaven, and their sweet corn chicken soup the most, after the most loved, chicken steamed momos. The Brunt Garlic Basil Fried chicken rice is really good.

The staff are polite and the service is quick. Prices are fair for the portion sizes. It can get a little crowded during peak hours, but overall it’s a nice...
