Kiyan, the signature all day dining restaurant at The Roseate New Delhi. A visit to Roseate can best be termed as a luxurios experience in the lap of nature, yes NATURE which is hard to find in Delhi. The mesmerizing ambience, beautifully manicured gardens, water bodies and lots of sparrows and colourful birds can be seen roaming around in the greens. It instantly reminded me of a resort in Kerala which I visited for my honeymoon 10 years back. Amidst this beautiful setting, be ready to satisfy your hungry stomachs with some lip smacking food with ever attentive and polite but non-intruding service at Kiyan. We were served their welcome drink Moksha a refreshing drink and a bread basket with nicely baked breads with butter. There is no better feeling when you visit a restaurant and the chef comes to your table to greet you. The Chef Mr Anand Panwar was kind enough to come to our table and ask us about our food preferences and tastes. He informed us that they were having an ongoing Bangkok food festival festival till 15th June so we made up our mind to have a Thai Lunch. We ordered the following : Wild Mushroom Soup Bangkok Spring Rolls Thai Green Curry Chicken Thai Red Curry Chicken Phad Thai Goong Jasmin Rice Cashew Chicken Kiyan Signature Dessert I must confess that I haven’t had a better Mushroom Soup than the one we were offered here. It cant get any better for sure, it packed the power punch of Mushroms with a presentation that was a visual delight. The consistency(thickness) of the curries in Thai cuisine varies with the amount of coconut milk used and here the consistency and the taste were just perfect for both Red & Green Curry. One could feel the flavours of green chillies, shallots, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime peel, cilantro roots etc. Pad Thai Goong turned out to be a perfect combination of the popular Pad Thai (rice noodle) and some crunchy prawns. Cashew Chicken was a burst of flavours of tender peppers and onions with perfectly cooked golden brown chicken, and a sauce that will make you ask for more… Kiyan Signature dessert was the Toffee Coffee Pudding : Sticky toffee puddings can be unbearably sweet, but this one, flecked with ginger and coated in a coffee toffee sauce topped with Vanila Ice Cream was perfect. Puddings don't get more gloriously indulgent than this one. Our sincere thanks to the Chef Mr Anand Panwar for serving us a memorable meal. Will definitely come back with family for a weekend stay.

Having lived here my whole life but not for the last 7 years, every time I come back i do have the fascination to try the next best place in the city. Almost every time i get disappointed as people hype up a place that has some instagram worthy location but has poor service and abysmal food. What a change it was for me to go Kiyan last night to celebrate my birthday with my dear family, some of who haven’t even stepped out in over a year now. The experience was fantastic since the first call i placed to them to get a booking done till the moment we stepped out of the hotel. I made an advance reservation for 10 people by getting in touch with the restaurant managers. Huge shout out to Deeshant and Niraj for making this a lot simpler. Very simple guidance on options and some helpful tips on discounts and deals as well. They took the whole order in advance to make the process a lot simpler on the day and for us to be able to enjoy fully. The place is beautiful. My only regret was to maybe come during a time when there is a bit more natural light. The hotel is beautifully lit up using candles but in the dark sometimes its hard to grasp the full beauty. They had a separate table for us which they moved based on our wishes to be in a bit more of a central area. For appetizers we had paneer tikka, fish tikka, chicken tikka, beetroot croquettes, chili chicken, chili prawns and a couple of pizzas. Ample portion sizes, some customized to make sure my entire family got a piece. Everything was just fantastic. Special shoutout to the prawns and to the croquettes. They are a must try! For mains we had butter chicken, dal makhani and malai kofta. Again, fantastic and preparation is extremely rich. You can taste the richness and know its been prepared with love. Breads are smaller than usual but they also give two pieces in a portion. Cherry on top was the complimentary cake they had prepared for the birthday. Amazing chocolate cake, tasted fantastic. They had made 2 cakes by mistake and they made sure we took the spare cake with us. Fantastic service from everyone involved. Super attentive staff. Great food. Great place. Should be on top of people’s place to try out something new.

Best place for Thai food lovers why I say this coz they maintain the authenticity of Thai food flavors. A fine dining restaurant Kiyan, set amidst majestic columns and water bodies serves world cuisine that is sourced from organic, home grown vegetables . Now about food n deserts As in starting we get served a welcome drink , after getting ready for what we should try we ask chef Anand recommendation first after tht , we decide to go for Thai authentic food only as you know this place is Gem for Thai food lovers. Starting from soup we order mushroom soup n tom kha authentic Thai soup which is based of coconut n lemon grass n coriander leaves n ginger chunks along with nice chicken pieces . Seriously saying soup is dam awesome but my heart stuck on mushroom soup I never had such a thick mushroom soup ever n better than this seriously I m loving it. After tht we had some Thai spring rolls as they are having Bangkok food festival so go with flow n see their creative's dishes with full of authentic flavours so we ask chef Anand to suggestions about food . Than in main course we have both Thai curry green n red both non veg but super tasty . And some pad Thai prawns based n some vegetables along with Jasmine sticky rice . All dishes r awesome along with there signature desert as per chef suggest us we order tht one I must say u guys r gem keep growing n stay blessed guys u hve done . Over all love place with solid here
