The stall sells some packaged millets as well as millet products of different brands, but the main focus is on different dishes made from millets. There are dishes like dosa, idli, khichri, poha, vada pao etc, all made from millets, but in addition, there are also more ‘international’ dishes: sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and so on.
We tried the millet onion uttapam (nice, though a little under-seasoned) and the millet masala dosa (excellent), plus a barnyard millet kheer. They also serve some millet-based beverages (sattu lemonade, a millet soup, etc) and some regular beverages: we had the filter coffee, which was good.
