Rajasthan Food Stall at Dilli Haat is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Rajasthani flavors! Their star of the show is undoubtedly the Pyaaz Kachori. These crispy delights burst with flavorful filling, and pair perfectly with a steaming cup of Kulhad Chai. It is a true taste of Rajasthan! For those with a sweet tooth, the Jalebi Rabdi combo is a match made in heaven. Especially during the winter months, this warm and comforting combination hits the spot perfectly. While their Paratha Thali (with dal, kadhi pakoda, gatta curry, and achaar) is decent, it pales in comparison to the incredible Pyaaz Kachori. The prices might be a tad higher, but the quality and taste of the food definitely justify it. You can't put a price on pure deliciousness, can you? 😍

We have visited the rajasthan food stall couple of times. This time around we had rajkachori which was average.the chutneys are not good. We tried their aloo chaat which was not crispy at all. Even the masala was average. Doodh jalebi was still good. Both things were fresh nd nice. So instead of the aloo chaat we had tikki which was without salt. Still better than the aloo chaat. Overall their chaat section is not good. I am a food blogger available on instagram as @the_food_date. https://www.instagram.com/the_food_date/

Tried dal bati here while i was around, and found the food to be average.. the dal and kadhi were okay, but the batis were too hard. This is nowhere close to actual dal bati which you get in rajasthan, the lehsun chutney was okay and went well with the food... You might like it if you don't compare it with what you actually get in jaipur...so go ahead and try once, and then forget about it. :)
