Nathu's Pastry Shop — Restaurant in New Delhi

A place i visit almost daily for my regular cup of coffee and knicknacks. Amazing place to buy all your bakery needs under one roof. The freshness and quality is impeccable and speak for themselves and thus the bakery has maintained its space inspite of being surrounded by so many other competitive restaurants.

The bakery has a small in-house cafe with great heating. I love sitting here while grabbing my coffee/hot chocolate/ warm bowl of soup. The staff is courteous and quick.

Breads, kulchahs, soups, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruit custard, cheesesticks, pasta, chicken patty are my fav. Pizza and burger are not upto the mark.

They are reluctant to serve water. If you ask they will say only packaged bottles are available. They will serve water in glass from their own RO only if you insist enough. This is one major dissatisfaction and disappointment...

Earlier This place was known for good food, ambience and friendly staff as I'm a long time customer. But off lately everything has gone down the drain. Rude staff/servers especially the bespectacled old man standing on the cash counter, PATHETIC QUALITY OF FOOD ie. Too much oil in the Patties, Cakes are laced with excess sugar which makes it unpalatable, bland shami kebabs...the list is long. It seems that people who run this place are now reaping the benefit of their now dead old reputation and not putting any efforts to carry on their legacy. See if you want a place with good ambience with PATHETIC food with exorbitant price and rude staff- this is a place to go. Please Note that Wenger's in CP IS BETTER THAN Nathu's any day...

Extremely Disappointed – Never Ordering Again

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves it. I ordered a blueberry cheesecake and what I received was stale, smelly, and completely inedible. The cake had a foul odor, clearly not fresh, and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. What’s worse is the blatant lies from your team claiming it was “freshly made.” If this is your idea of quality, it’s shameful.

Please understand: food safety is not optional. Selling spoiled products is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying a premium. Your false assurances and poor quality have lost you a customer forever.
