Dominos employee named GANESH CHAUDHARY is the worst person I have ever encountered in any Dominos Store across India. I have hundreds of orders in Dominos from multiple locations across the country and have never encountered such behaviour from any employee before. I visited the store with my entire family and the employee made a mistake in the order. I had repeatedly told him that I do not eat onion and upon receiving my order, I noticed immediately that he had made a mistake.Since my kid had already picked up a piece and started eating , I stopped her and went to complain. When he told me that if there is even a piece missing, he will not replace the order, I told him to make another pizza for which I will pay the full amount as listed in your menu . When I complained about his way of speaking, he proceeded to yell and THROW THE COMPUTER in front of me in anger. He turned violent and came to the other side of the counter all the while yelling and abusing in front of women and children. He cursed at me in Hindi and started yelling at me for pointing out his mistake. Kindly check your CCTV camera for his actions from 9:30 pm to 9:45 pm on 09/07/2024 to verify whether what I said is true. He had not entered my correct mobile number in the order and I did not receive any physical bill either. I do not want any refunds or replacements from you but rather, I demand his immediate removal from the store and I ensure you that I will not be the last customer you lose due to this employee. Had it not been your manager’s intervention, things would have escalated much further. The employee in question, Ganesh Chaudhary, will ruin your store’s reputation, and by extension, yours as well if he is allowed to continue in any capacity at your store. Read moreIt was over lunch that I got to catch up with my bestie. Was hungry so thought of heading over here as its been a while since I have a visit to this place.
As usual we weren't greeted like we were greeted with a smile and namaste. That's ok. The order was taken quickly. Being tuesday my friend wasn't ready to have non veg as well as he had a full lunch at home so he opted for just pepsi.
We ordered non veg supreme and chicken dominator. The main let down was the toppings.Although the amount of topping was good enough but it was so dry that all of them were falling down and secondly the pizza wasn't too cheesy enough to hold the pizza together.
Secondly the chicken in the second pizza was too dry and not juicy enough. Felt as if there was no cheese in the pizza at all. This ain't the first time that I faced this kind of experience. These guys are detoriating from best to worst day by day and slowly too. Secondly they have stopped delivering to other areas of the city.
Couldn't eat the pizza anymore so I packed the rest of the pizza and took it back to home.

I have visited many Domino's pizza outlets in Mumbai, visakhapatnam and Hyderabad but in this Berhampur branch the billing desk staff has no manners atall. I went in the queue. When my turn came inspite of me standing in front of him, he is asking for the order of the person next to me. The person next to me was also showing at me to take my order but the staff was still asking the next person for order. He is not even taking the order patiently.Due to food allergy to mushroom I have asked for veg delight pizza costomize it without mushroom. But he keeps on insisting that oh that will have mushroom and this will have mushroom and totally confused me with my order instead of guiding us.
