KFC — Restaurant in Odisha

My experience at the KFC outlet in Berhampur has been extremely disappointing. From the service to the quality of food, it was by far the worst I’ve encountered. We ordered an 8 meal box, and instead of keeping the different types of chicken separate, all of them were mixed together in one box with a significantly reduced quantity. When I asked them to separate the items and heat them up, they informed me that some crispy wings were still being prepared. They asked us to have half the meal and wait for the rest.

The quality of the chicken was also subpar—it felt like it had been sitting around for days. The staff was unprofessional and rude when I shared my concerns, which added to the frustration. This is not the first time I've faced such issues; I reported a similar experience previously, but the service continues to fall short.

To sum up,

Ensure food is heated properly if it’s cold. Always verify that you are served the correct items and right quantity. Check the quality of the chicken before serving and replace any substandard pieces. Confirm that all add-ons are provided as promised. First of all would like to say the people who have given 4 or 5 stars have never tasted the food from KFC earlier. It is not at all like other franchises not even close, I would rather suggest the owner to bring 2-3 employees from KFC outside Berhampur/ Odisha, so that they can teach the people to give the exact quality & quantity from KFC.

Ordered 8 pc. chicken, 12 pc. tenders, smoky grill 4 piece, Veg Zinger Burgers and large popcorn. Popcorn was the only "good" item, but for, I would have expected a lot more than the handful I got. Smoky grill was dry as hell, smelly and worst taste. Chicken was bland, tasteless, greasy and the smallest pieces I have ever seen for twice the price of Popeyes. Burgers…hell there was no mayonnaise, no lettuce, they serve cucumbers in burgers no onions…Lolz please learn how KFC burgers are prepared please. French fries were not at all crispy.

I cannot believe KFC remains in business. Worst product ever-I will never again bring my business to KFC. As far as I am concerned, their offerings are nothing short of garbage!

Please do not waste your money at-least in this franchise. Would be much appropriate if employees will learn how to prepare KFC food.

Before Berhampur I visited banglore and Bhubaneswar KFC and i fell like comparatively theses two areas at Berhampur need to increase their quality little bit and as i am a berhupmuria i know how Berhampur people react if they fell bad behaviour at there and staff don't know about customer handling in Berhampur KFC i fell bbsr and banglore is best so if it will go like this in Berhampur then for sure it shut down easily or fastly because i saw when KFC opened here first time so many people went there with an excitement but now today i felt like regret there is no power supply properly if current gone and staffing are arguing with each other in front of customers...

So we have some expectations from Brand called KFC Don't let is down for some...
