Shiraz- Aroma Delights — Restaurant in Odisha

I recently visited Shiraz Aroma Delights and was left underwhelmed. The biggest shock was when they asked me to pay for water! As a customer, I expect basic amenities like clean drinking water to be provided free of charge.

Moreover, as per Indian law, it is mandatory for hotels and restaurants to provide free drinking water to their customers. Shiraz Aroma Delights' practice of charging for water is not only unethical but also illegal.

The food was average, but the service was poor. The staff seemed untrained and unfriendly.

Unless Shiraz Aroma Delights revamps its service, food quality, and business practices, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Food coming to the table too fast. Looks like the food is prepared earlier and served by warming it up. Except the soup all ordered items are not served hot. Food is not tasty at all. Chicken kabab and Manchurian are worst. I ordered a Golden Shiraz Special Chicken Biriyani family pack as they said it will be less spicy. As I visited with my kid & wife preferred the less spicy Biriyani. Apart from less spicy the Biriyani was nothing special. They took out the spicy part of the regular Dum Biriyani and served. Dont ever order food online from this restaurant using zomato.they will charge for all your dishes but will only deliver half of the items.neither shiraz nor zomato will give ur refund.the staff in the counter are also negligent,they will pretend as if they will give a quick resolution to ur problem but after that they will remain unresponsive."very BAD customer service".At last u will end up paying more money.if u want to waste ur money,then go ahead...
