This is a very good outlet here in Rourkela for variety of sweets. The shops offes sweets and along with it offers some delicious snacks. The snacks are a must try and are very genuine in taste. The quality of sweets is also as per industry standards and are very good to taste. They have categorised different sweets into different categories as highly perishable and some near pershibale that can be stored for 3-4 days as per tags done which is very genuine as the customer is also benefitted so as to how to store which sweets. Piplani"s sweets are supposed to have some class. Yes it does. The other day I made a considerable purchase and I asked for some small boxes to contain the sweets to distribute it back home which is in another state. Unfortunately to my utter surprise we were not provided small boxes but big ones .& the hostility and crude behaviour of the person at the counter on the evening of 25 th of March was unwarranted and very repulsive. please mend the problem and if you value customers loyalty this is not going to go well .
