Owners behaviour is good (Good person) . But I have a bad experience . 8dec2022 at 4:30 pm I am ordered Manchurian half 40 rupees and Paneer noodles full plate 120 rupees . His cook was cooking noodles infront of me(at open kitchen) then I am observed that "he added pre cooked noodles(already prepared noodles) in that owk which already contains freshly cooked(boiled) noodles then ' I said owner that cook added pre cooked noodles in owk infront of me ' (that may be stale refrigerated food of yesterday bcz at 4 pm I am first customer of that day no cooking was done before me ) But owner denied nothing such mix happened . His second statement was it MAY be "chowmein masala" But when I am open noodles packet at my home it is already defined that there is mix occured clearly identified by colour of noodles also quantity was less less than full plate portion" he did not take action or not even simply told his cook not to mix remaining stale food of yesterday with fresh food . This approach like(lie,Profit oriented) towards customer should not be taken by owner. Bcz customer service should be priority. Because I have paid money (good service/food) is my right . I hope owner take it seriously and focus on quality control and not tell lie/make foolish to customer . But Manchurian was good taste wise and...
