Flavour Box — Restaurant in Odisha

Flavour Box has been my all time favourite. It's a must for every person - be it any age group - or any occasion. The food is just too good and the aroma is even great.

Yet, I give it 3 stars - because they make a great delay in serving the food - You have to ask the waiter numerous times and after some 30-45 mins the food appears - not all, just 1 dish - and then the cycle continues. Some days, when it is very crowded, it's understandable - but totally unacceptable on days with almost no crowds or even no delivery guys waiting for their parcel. Also, the service isn't great as well - we asked for a water refill and weren't provided. Some 25% times they make an error in the bill - thus there is poor communication in the management. Some days, it's very irritating to wait there, because someone comes way after you, has food and leaves while you are waiting for yours.

Even though I complain so much, still I make sure to go there every time I am nearby, and is always my 1st suggestion while deciding on an eatery.

I have told them my problem numerous times, they assure me every time, but now I have accepted that my problem is falling on deaf ears.

I hope that they look into solving...

Most cheap restaurant and it's owner who sits in this restaurant , does not know how to behave the customers. Ordered one particular cake on Father's day but this cheap restaurant , sent another cake and this horrible restaurant also forgot to send the Father's day tag with the wrong cake. The taste of the wrong cake, sent by them was very very bad. Lodged the complaint to it's owner but she admitted the mistake done on their part but was simply rude in her approach and her behaviour was absolutely bad.. She and her restaurant simply ruined the special occasion.Although after admitting fault, she agreed to refund the amount, she has not yet returned the money . She is not responding the call now and is hiding. This speaks about very bad approach of owner of restaurant who herself does not care about reputation of her restaurant. Will never order any cake and will never visit to this...

My experience with the flavour box is too bad this time. We ordered Pink Lady Mocktail, When you think of a mocktail , its all about fruit punch mojitos and fizzy drinks, we ordered a pink lady which was under the mocktail section of their menu and all we got was strawberry watery shake, which tasted like melted strawberry icecream, when we inquired the staff about it, guess what they said , they serve it like that only, they serve strawberry shake by the name pink lady, they twisted their words, one of them said they by mistakenly served the strawberry shake, when asked further others told that no pink lady is the strawberry shake we serve everytime. And never order veg Chinese combos from them Under kimchi salad it was more of a shredded cabbage and onion in tomato sauce, when asked they said kimchi is served with sauce only.
