Please don't ever plan a birthday party here. I had the worst experience at Bhagat Tarachand on 25th August 2024. I informed them that I would be there from 7 PM to 9 PM for a celebration. However, even before 9 PM, Mr. Prabhat, the cashier, started asking me to leave because some customers were waiting outside.

This happened despite the fact that I had already placed several orders, with some still pending, while we, including both adults and kids, were still eating. I made sure to place the orders in advance, but they took about 15 minutes to arrive. How is that our fault? We finished the party and wrapped up by 9:26 PM.

It's disappointing that just for the sake of half an hour, they managed to ruin what was supposed to be a special day, even though we were paying a good amount. This place is fine for a simple lunch or dinner, but I strongly advise against planning any special occasions here. My friends witnessed the entire incident, and they too won't consider organizing any gatherings at this venue in the future.

I spoke with Mr. Manoj, the manager, but it was of no use as he just started apologizing. Please be more professional. Apologies after the damage is done...

A Big Disappointment, Went here with foreign national friends to show what Indian cuisine is all about I ordered the food as per staff recommendation but didn’t really stayed to the mark.

Specially The Mix Roti Basket we took reminded me of Rajpal Yadav’s famous dialogue - “Aari Milega” ..Such thick roti and when I told this to the staff they had nothing to say about it as if they didn’t care.

Only the ambiance inside is good as it is newly built but they have hand wash sink near tables in the last corner and it was so disgusting when some customer just started to gargle and clean his mouth in the sink while we were having our dinner.

All together I felt so embarrassed for hosting a dinner party for my friends and Family in this restaurant
