Biker's Brewing Café — Restaurant in Panvel

Visited BBC after hearing good things about it from friends. The ambience was great, definitely looked the part of a biker joint. Food was ok (we only had a coffee and tea). Unfortunately, my overall experience did not go well.

The order was not taken, rather, I went to the counter to order. This was fine, no problem for me.

The two drinks we ordered (a cold coffee and a lemon ginger iced tea) were ok. Again, no problem for me.

When it came to paying the bill, I had a problem. In the photo you can see the price of the two drinks (the cold coffee and the lemon ginger iced tea) being 210 each. A total of 420 excluding GST.

The person at the counter billed me 500 bucks (see photo) plus gst (total 525). That too, for an incorrect item (he charged me for a peach boba instead of a lemon ginger iced tea) and another item which was charged at Rs. 230 instead of Rs. 210.

I approached him because, we all err. Told him to correct the bill and give it to me.

According to him, the item cost had GST included in it. Then I asked him why gst was again added below. He did not have a satisfactory answer to this. He repeated himself to which I said it does not make sense.

I asked him to call his manager and he initially said he doesn’t have one. Then when I persisted (because I was not ok to pay up the excess amount) he said he will dial him. Finally, he did not call his manager, instead he was ok for an amount of Rs. 420 to be paid.

Dear owners - you have a fantastic place but this is not an experience that a customer should have. It is ok to err, we all make mistakes. But it is not ok to attempt and cover it up.

I will visit again, but will exercise more caution especially during billing. Thank you...

Been visiting Bikers Brewing Cafe since 2022 and I’ve honestly seen the place grow and evolve into something really special. Back then it was just a nice little spot but now it’s one of the most aesthetic and peaceful cafes in Navi Mumbai. The whole vibe has changed for the better. The place is now full of plants and greenery giving it a super refreshing and calming atmosphere. It’s got this unique mix of cozy and open which makes it perfect whether you’re working, chilling with friends, or just grabbing a solo coffee.

Over the years I’ve tried a bunch of dishes from their menu like sandwiches, pasta, all-day breakfasts and more and I can say that I’ve almost never been disappointed. The food is definitely on the pricier side but the taste and presentation always make up for it. Their hummus and pita bread is honestly one of the best I’ve had in the city. Coffees are consistently good too, smooth, balanced and always made with care.

The service at the cafe is another strong point. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially Vasant who’s been around since the early days. He handles orders efficiently and always makes sure things run smoothly. I still remember one particular cold coffee made by him that stood out as the best I’ve had in Mumbai.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet corner to work, a casual meeting spot or just a place to chill with your friends this cafe fits it all. They even have a small parking area for two wheelers which is super convenient. Bikers Brewing cafe has really built a strong identity over time with good food, great coffee, peaceful vibe and familiar faces. It’s become one of my go-to places...

I visited your cafe on Friday and wanted to share my feedback on the food and service. I came specifically for the butter croissant and hot chocolate. I had called prior to confirm that the croissant was available and visited accordingly. However, my experience was disappointing. I was served a sandwich croissant bread, which was not what I ordered. It was cut in the middle and heated like toast. When I informed the staff, they were unfamiliar with how a butter croissant should be served and had trouble pronouncing the dish. Additionally, the croissant was almost burnt, with a blackened top; I have a picture for reference. The hot chocolate was excessively sweet, as though an extra spoon of sugar had been added. We also ordered a pizza, which took nearly half an hour to prepare and serve. The service was notably slow and delayed. Also the staff was extremely unprofessional. They had their banter, throwing tissues on each other, all masti in front of the customers (check cctv). Overall, I had a terrible experience at your cafe and was very dissatisfied with the service. Additionally, the bill was incorrectly calculated, with charges for a water bottle we did not order.
