I recently ordered Online from Burger King and had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order for two Non-Veg Original Whoppers and two Crispy Chicken Burgers, but what I received was completely wrong – two Veg Burgers with fries instead.

Firstly, it’s frustrating when a simple order cannot be executed correctly, especially when you're craving specific items. Secondly, there was no prior intimation or acknowledgment of the error, and I had to find out after opening the package.

This mistake not only ruined the meal but also left me doubting the attention to detail in their service. While I understand that errors can happen, such discrepancies should be rare and handled promptly.

I hope Burger King takes better care in verifying orders before dispatching them in the future. It's about maintaining trust and delivering what the customer expects.

I had a disappointing experience at Burger King, Kharghar (Little World Mall). I placed an order using their automated ordering machine, made the payment, and waited patiently. However, after nearly 40 minutes, our order had not been served.

When I inquired at the counter, the staff casually mentioned that the order was not registered in their system. Despite explaining the situation and re-confirming the order with the counter staff, we had to wait an additional 25 minutes, and even then, our complete order was not served.

One of the best burger they serve. Although preparation of order takes time. You can place order online too while seating inside the burger King where you will find good deals which are not available in offline case.

Also if you are planning to reserve for celebration, Do have proper communication with the store Manager till last as they work in shift, so whatever commitment person has given to you might not be aware to the person in other shift especially on the day of celebration.

Secondly it is newly opened so you will find good crowd thus do keep my advise in mind before reservation.
