Yesterday I was order pizza at 9.40pm and waiting for delivery.night 11.40pm I received pizza.i refused to take delivery but delivery boy said you take delivery you will get refund due to late delivery. Pizza completely cold and box was open. After I refusing order, delivery boy forcefully delivered. Morning I called to Owais Khan,he not ready to refund my money. *I given option of refund in my Domino's wallet,but he said he not able to refund money, force me to take one pizza free of cost in current week only. If I don't want to eat pizza this week why people forcing me. *I'm ordering pizza since last 7-8 years, first time I faced this issue. Poor infrastructure: The store's condition was subpar. Unfriendly staff: The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. Inadequate service: When I requested extra chili flakes, the staff provided only a minimal amount. Unappetizing food: The pizza, taco, and parcel I ordered were unimpressive and tasted below average.

Domino's, what an absolute disaster! I ordered a pizza expecting fast service and decent food, but instead, I got the worst experience ever. It took 1.5 hours for my order to arrive. That’s unacceptable for a chain that claims to be all about "fast" delivery.

When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and looked like it had been thrown around during delivery. The toppings were sparse, the crust tasted stale, and it was clear no care was taken in making it. It was like eating cardboard with a sprinkle of regret.

If you can’t handle timely delivery, at least ensure your food is worth the wait. But no, Domino's managed to fail on both fronts. This isn't just bad service; it’s disrespectful to your customers. Fix your system or stop advertising as a reliable pizza chain. Never ordering...
