Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unprofessionalism

I had a very frustrating experience at this food outlet. To start, the preparation of our food was delayed significantly without any prior communication. When I tried to reach out to inquire about the status, no one picked up the phone, leaving me in the dark. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the outlet to follow up, the staff member outright declined my call in front of me, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Not only did they fail to offer any kind of apology for the delay, but they also refused to provide a feedback form when I asked for one. The lack of courtesy and customer service was appalling. It's clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction or proper hospitality.

I strongly suggest avoiding this place until they address their poor communication and customer service. There are plenty of other food outlets in the area that actually care about their customers.

We tried 7 Cheese pizza, English Retreat pizza and Choco-Lava cup cake from their diverse menu, and each one was a culinary delight. The pizzas were simply outstanding. The moment it arrived at our table, we could see and smell the freshness of the ingredients. The crust was perfectly crispy.The sauce had a wonderful balance of tangy and savory flavors, and the toppings were generous and high-quality.
