Riya (not sure if she shared the real name) had spoiled the birthday mood (we were celebrating birthday of my nephew) of entire family of 10 members 😡😖 Completely unprofessional behaviour, arguing with customer (ignoring waiting customers to order) and top of it justifying the mistake are all traits displayed by the person that should be big NO NO in service industry! The level of frustration went so high that I had to leave the parlour without picking up my last order of Mango Milk Shake (₹200) which she unapologetically kept with her. Even she made unsuccessful mean try of getting another customer on her side…thoroughly disappointing experience! Not sure if I can expect any response from TIBIndia but hope better sense prevail…

I'm glad they decided to expand in Kharghar! I had first tried TIB at Vashi, and liked it so much I used to regularly go there. The ice cream is really smooth and the flavors are deep. The serving size is also good for the price, and they often have one or two flavors on discount. Some might find the chocolate flavors a bit too sweet, considering even the "Dark Night" flavor which is dark chocolate is also considerably sweet. The fruit selections are also great, and they have fun combinations like guava chilli with actual chilli powder. I personally really like the Dark Night and Sitafal flavors. Service is also very nice, and they make the ice cream on a frozen pan in front of you. I would recommend getting the smallest size, because I'm guessing most people will find it more than enough unless they plan on sharing. Overall, highly recommended ice...
